Summer Blood Drive 

The Knights of Columbus will be sponsoring a Blood Drive on Saturday, June 9, from 7:30 AM until Noon in the Parish Center rooms 107-108.

Nearly $20,000 was raised last year to help families in our own community who are struggling with medical expenses.

Taste of PIZZA - Wheaton Style
The Knights would like to thank all those who made the Taste of Pizza another great success. Over 200 hungry pizza-lovers enjoyed dozens of pizzas generously donated by 13 area restaurants.

In addition, the Knights presented checks totaling over $5000 to the following organizations:
• Western DuPage Special Recreation Association
• Special Camps
• Edwin F. Deike Home
• Diocese of Joliet Religious Ed Program for People with Disabilities

Council information

Our council is part of St. Daniel the Prophet church in Wheaton Illinois.

About our council
Our Parish Knights of Columbus Council 10575 was formed by men of St. Daniel the Prophet Parish. Our Council’s members are your friends and neighbors, and participate in many different ministries and aspects of parish life. The St. Daniel’s Council currently has 130 members, and has grown steadily for many years.

The council has been active in sponsoring many parish social events for the family and adults, including  Pancake/French Toast Breakfasts, Annual Pasta Dinner and Auction, Free Throw Contest, Easter Egg Hunt, Taste of Wheaton Pizza Night, Annual Golf Outing and Dinner, Blood Drives, and Annual Tootsie Roll Drive.

In 2010, the council raised over $5,000 for people in our local community with mental and developmental disabilities.

The Council has raised over $400,000 for charitable causes since its formation in 1991!!!

The majority of this amount has been used for support in our local community.  Our council has helped those with major medical problems, helping with bills to insure a family was able to keep their home (for 7 years).  The Council presently supports four families with major medical expenses. It is through the support of our community that we have been able to make this happen. If you would like to help out by donating to our cause please click here. Council meetings
Our regular council business meetings are at 7:00pm on the second Monday of each month and social meetings are at 7:00pm on the fourth Monday of each month. Both meetings are held in room 108 of the St. Daniel's Parish Center. Also for our brothers that cannot join us for meetings on Monday evenings, we also have a breakfast social meeting once a month at 7:00am on a Saturday please check the calendar for the location we move to different restaurants to support the local businesses that support us . Click on Special Events button or the calendar to see what's coming up. We look forward to seeing you at our meetings! This will allow you to review past meeting minuets and other member information, this section is just starting to evolve.
